Tira Kopec is a supportive, genuine and approachable professional with varied information technology (IT) expertise acquired from her education and experience as an electrical apprentice at the IBEW Local 41 and maintenance electrician technician for local 2603 Steel Workers Union and as an electronic repair technician in the private sector. This experience combined with a degree (AAS, Bryant & Stratton College) in Networking Technology gives her the self discipline and skill sets to assist companies. The common goal to isolate areas of revenue loss by utilizing the data from daily transactions. From over ten years of this hands-on experience Helotechy was created to allow hardware and software run smoothly in the business design.
